QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER?

How long will it take to get my order?

All items in new drops will be considered pre-order items, and your order will ship approximately 1-3 weeks after placing an order. In-Stock items have a shorter processing time!

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your items will ship together once we have all items in hand.

Can I change my order?

We do not make any changes to orders once they are placed, so please ensure that your address and cart is correct before payment.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We do not offer cancellations or refunds.

What if my order came damaged, or I received the wrong item?

If your order comes damaged, please take a picture and email our support team at support@shibe.ink, and we will do our best to replace the items!

What if I need help with an order I placed at a convention or event?

For any orders made at or booth for wovens, playmats, etc, please email us within the original thread for your order that came from orders@shibe.ink. If you can’t find the thread, please send us a new email to that address!

What if I still need help with my order?

For all online orders, please send us an email at support@shibe.ink!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping through three carriers, 

  • DHL Shipping

    • This option will include tracking and insurance.

  • UPS Shipping

    • This option will include tracking and insurance.

  • USPS First Class International

    • This will not include tracking or insurance, and if this carrier is chosen we will not replace or refund any orders that are lost during shipping.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All US domestic orders over $100 ship for free!

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost during transit, please email us at support@shibe.ink and we will assist you by opening a claim, and work to get your items replaced and reshipped!

What happens if my order was returned to sender?

If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will coordinate with you to get the order sent out again once it has been returned to us. 

Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if the address they provided to us is incorrect or insufficient.

I missed out on a Limited Edition Item! How can I still get one?

We encourage you to utilize the ⁠trading post channel in our community discord to trade, buy, or barter with other customers! Additionally, keep your eyes out for our Sloppy Seconds promotion, where we list any extras we may have due to returns and such.

What is Waste Not Want Not?

WNWN is a special collection of B-Grade items. These items have minor flaws and cannot be sold at full price, but are still beautiful and we’d hate to see them go to waste! So we pass along these imperfect items to you, with a sweet discount.

We post a full schedule monthly that will include what events you can find us at on our socials, as well as reminders with a photo of our booth right before each event!
